Transit is estimated at 2–4 business days after dispatch, but this estimate is not guaranteed. Free-shipping eligibility and the final delivery charge are determined at checkout.

Address changes cannot be promised after fulfillment begins, and costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information may remain the customer's responsibility.

Carrier restrictions, weather, regional limits, or other events may affect delivery. Contact us promptly about a lost parcel or a delivered scan that cannot be located. For visible transit damage, keep the item and packaging and provide photographs or video so we can review whether a replacement, refund, or carrier investigation is appropriate.
