Refund Policy

This guidance separates customer actions, review steps, and possible outcomes. A request may be submitted only when an item arrives damaged or defective, is the wrong item, or differs materially from its listing. The request must reach us within 30 days after delivery. We do not accept no-reason or change-of-mind returns, including unwanted items or accidental selections.

Send the order number, checkout email, a clear explanation, and photographs or video showing the item, issue, and packaging when relevant. Do not mail anything back without written authorization. An unauthorized return may be rejected and may not be recoverable.

We review eligibility and may ask for additional evidence. If approved, we may issue a replacement or refund as appropriate. Refunds return to the original payment method; the financial institution controls posting time. Replacement availability is not guaranteed.
